Virginia Mason Medical Center Medical Library is seeking a fulltime
library technician to provide front desk assistance to library
customers, document delivery, and information retrieval. Performs
a variety of tasks to maintain the library collection and provides
clerical and technical support for library operations.

- Qualifications: library technician certification, training
and/or equivalent education/experience in libraries. Knowledge
of medical reference (OVID, PubMed), DOCLINE, online journals,
familiarity with medical terminology. Excellent computer skills
(WORD, Excel), Internet and ability to provide basic computer
assistance. Excellent written and oral communication skills and
customer service oriented. Competitive salary and benefits.
